Booking & Reservation
Your wedding date is officially reserved when:
A signed contract is received
A non-refundable retainer is paid
Dates are secured on a first-come, first-served basis. Until both steps are completed, your date remains available to other couples.
Coverage & Timeline
I’ll work closely with you (and your planner, if applicable) to help create a photography timeline that allows space for genuine moments while keeping the day moving smoothly.
While I make every effort to capture all meaningful moments, please understand that:
Wedding days are fluid
Some moments may overlap or happen unexpectedly
Certain shots may be missed due to timing, lighting, or guest interference
This is part of documenting real life — and it’s also what makes your gallery unique.
Associate & Back-up Photographers
In the rare event of illness, emergency, or circumstances beyond my control, Audrey McBride Photography reserves the right to appoint a qualified associate photographer to fulfill coverage. Any associate photographer will meet the same professional standards and shooting style.
Rest assured, all images are edited and delivered in the Audrey McBride Photography style.
Exclusivity
To ensure consistent imagery and workflow, Audrey McBride Photography serves as the exclusive professional photographer during the scheduled coverage time.
I kindly ask that guests refrain from stepping into the aisle or directing moments during key events. If you’re considering an unplugged ceremony, I’m happy to help guide you on how to communicate that to guests.
